The service of this dive school is really great. I wanted to book a dive in Cozumel last minute late in the evening from Playa del Carmen. Response was very quick and helpful. They explained to me very clearly how to proceed and sent me a ferry schedule.I did two dives with Ariana which were both beautiful. The water was very clear and we went through some fun tunnels. I got to see morays, nurse sharks and turtles. Ariana was an excellent dive instructor. She was very nice and relaxed and made me feel really comfortable.I had a great time and really recommend diving with this company!
The best diving experience and service I've received in Cozumel. Diving with them was very fun, instructors were awesome and very patient, the captain and crew were very polite, we really enjoyed our three day tour. We saw beautiful coral reefs, turtles eating and even got to dive with sharks!I would definitely come back with them!
The best diving experience in Cozumel. The instructors were always very friendly and were aware of us. They helped us put on the equipment, they explained how it works and what we were going to do. Already in the reef they took us through very impressive places with a lot of marine life.
A tremendous experience! Very good instructors and divers in this team, they took us to some incredible reefs, we even entered some caves full of coral, it felt like being on another planet 😀 They were also quick to organize the departure just one day before, giving the possibility paying with paypal and sending us the photos and videos they took at no additional cost (in other places they charge extra). Highly recommended for diving in Cozumel 🙂
My son, his friend and myself just spent the last two days getting our Open water referral and Scuba certification (son’s friend) with Cozumel Divers. After a poor experience with our instructor in the States, I did a lot of research before contacting Roberto for some additional information. I liked the vibe of their website and after communicating with Roberto I hoped we would have a better experience in our vacation. Our instructors were absolutely wonderful! I can’t saw enough good things about them. They were patient, took the time to explain everything and were very kind when I got very nervous the first day. The second day boat dives was one of the best days of all our lives.Book with this crew, you won’t regret it!
Superb. Friendly team and super flexible. Nat, Matias, Marcelo, Luis are all superb teachers and divers. Matias is another level of friendly, just a "ray" of sunshine. Everyone is ready to help you out. Thanks to them we saw amazing wildlife and amazing coral formations.HIGHLY Recommend them!! Easy to contact them on Whatsapp.
WOW! Ariana, Roberto and Matteius were simply amazing! Customer service was above and beyond. We chose them the first day and was going to try a different one the next day but they were so great we decided to keep diving with them. We saw every animal you could see and did things we didn't know we could do. We got lucky and see a seahorse, octopus, eagle ray, reef sharks and lots of turtles. I love this place! And yes they're crocodiles in the lagoon. Everyone saw one for the first time when we were there. So many first experiences for us and our dive masters!
Diving with Roberto was an incredible experience. We couldn't have had a better experience seeing beautiful reefs and wildlife out near Cozumel. Roberto was patient, fun, had nice gear for us to use, and even drove us to our hostel and showed us around to some sweet local hangouts when the dive was finished. Highly recommend going with Roberto and Cozumel Divers, he's the man!
I had a great experience with Roberto at Cozumel Divers! He picked me up right from my airbnb and we went on 2 amazing dives. He was helpful and knowledgeable! I have my PADI but it’s been a few years since I dove so I wanted to go with an instructor and I’m so happy I went with Roberto! Thanks for the wonderful experience 🙂
Great dives. Good prices. Great guide. We went with Roberto. He was amazing. He picked us up at our Airbnb and had the gear ready in the car. Went straight to the boat. My boyfriend and I had a private guide. Went to plans at bricks and Paso del cedral. Very beautiful reef. Saw hawksbill turtles. Big moray eels. So many beautiful corals and sea sponges. Highly recommend this dive shop. only thing I would suggest is taking more time on the dive to look for sea life in the cracks. 🤿🤙🧜🏼♀️🐢🦈
INCREDIBLE. The Cedral pass is spectacular and with Roberto we saw Eagles rays and a shark. I recommend 100%
Diving in Cozumel is a must! The water is incredibly blue and crystal clear and the sea life is amazing. My experience with Joss was fantastic. He picked me up from my airbnb, drove me to a nice restaurant near the sea where he went over everything before jumping in the water (it's been a couple years since I went diving so I needed a refresher). My mask kept filling up with air so he brought me one of his which was so nice. His English is great and he's super friendly and funny. On top of all that he takes amazing photos! After the dive we had a huge mountain of nachos and then he took me on a private tour around the island! I definitely recommend contacting Joss for anything related to Cozumel. Whether it's diving, snorkeling, bike /moto/car rental, a good sunset spot, eco park tours, spearfishing. Joss is a one stop shop to make your stay in cozumel amazing. I'll be back!
Very well. He seemed very serious and professional to me.Although the address of your contact is on the island of Cozumel, for this dive (bull shark) we meet directly at the Reef Coco Beach club, in Playa del Carmen.It does not take large groups. Three or four people maximum. We were the two of us.It is very steep during the dive to avoid scares (the time on the bottom passes very quickly while you enjoy the vision of the sharks).I would certainly repeat.
